Faith, Mental Health + Loving Your College Student
Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Warren Kinghorn, Professor of Psychiatry and Pastoral Theology at Duke University. He’ll discuss the mental health climate on today’s college campus and what that means for parents of college students. It promises to be a stimulating time of encouragement, insight and fellowship among Carolina parents. Note that students are welcome to join for the second session of the morning! We’ll conclude by 12 p.m. to allow for time with your children and a chance to get to the Dean Dome to cheer the Tar Heels to victory over Florida State (tip off at 3:45 p.m.).
