What is the meaning of home? Building Homes, Communities, and Hope with Jonathan Reckford

  • The Sonja Haynes Stone Center 150 South Rd Room 310 Chapel Hill, NC 27599 United States (map)

Right now, 1 in 6 U.S. families spend at least half of their income on housing, and 60% of Americans cannot afford a $300,000 home. In 2022, only 10% of new homes sold by price were under $300,000, and there's a severe shortage of 3-6 million housing units.

What do these trends mean for us, our families, and our communities? How might the shifting housing trends in our communities create opportunities for followers of Jesus to love their neighbors?

Join us to learn more from Jonathan Reckford about the meaning of home in our current cultural moment.
