Rev. Dr. Andrew Borror

DIRECTOR OF Programs & Operations

Andrew grew up in West Lafayette, IN, and studied Exercise Science & Mathematics at Hope College in Holland, MI. After graduating, he moved to North Carolina for the Raleigh Fellows, a 9-month Christian leadership program focused on the integration of faith and work. He then completed a master's in Exercise Physiology at UNC followed by a master's in theological studies at Duke Divinity School, where he later served as a Research Fellow with the Theology, Medicine, & Culture Initiative.

Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Divinity (Theological Ethics) from the University of Aberdeen and is an ordained priest in the Diocese of Christ Our Hope (ACNA). His first book, Fit for What? Exercise, the Body, and Fitness Culture in Christian Perspective, will be published by IVP Academic on May 4, 2027. You can read excerpts of his writing and teaching here.

In his free time, Andrew likes running, playing drums or board games, and discussing the Bible. He also delights in spending time with his wife, Kellan, their two boys, Regent and Simeon, and their dog, Meeka.
